Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any necessary information before proceeding.
Users of the Genie Parent Portal mobile application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. To initiate the deletion process, please follow the steps below:

Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
While account deletion removes your personal profile and associations, please note that certain school-related records (such as general attendance logs, fee transaction IDs for accounting, or academic results) may remain in the institution's primary database as required for legal or administrative purposes. However, these will no longer be linked to your deleted personal account.
Data stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Messaging) is removed according to Firebase's standard deletion protocols upon our request.
